The holidays may not be over yet, but it will soon be our autumn Insights home shopping conference. 

Following our sell out event in March, October’s covers a range of areas relevant to our members, which we hope you’ll find interesting and educational.  

What's in store?

We’ll be identifying the key trends impacting multi-channel retailer’s courtesy of Screen Pages. Further insights will also be provided by Anna Wilson. She will present her findings around how home shopping companies treat consumers who have signed up the them via email.

With online customer experience becoming increasingly important, Magento will be explaining how offering an outstanding experience can drive online sales. And when it comes to brand engagement, Pennies will discuss how allowing people to donate small amounts to charity - instore or online - can have a big impact in this area.

New panel session

We’re also introducing a panel for the first time.  Senior executives in the home shopping sector from Bamboo Clothing, Boden, Damart and Joe Browns - led by out moderator, Andrew Wilson – will giving their views on a range of areas concerning how they are approaching doing business in today’s uncertain climate.

No event can ignore the GDPR.  We’ve been proactively providing Abacus Alliance members with guidance and insight throughout the year to help you with your thinking and planning. As well as a session covering the latest GDPR updates, our popular roundtable sessions will include one on this subject led by Opt-4, the data protection and permission marketing consultancy.
